You can give a product for repair in any Oxette store, or send it to our Eshop.
Repair in Store:
You can give a product for repair in any Oxette store, or send it to our Eshop. The product will be sent to our repair center, and we will inform you about the repair cost and estimated repair time. As soon as the product is ready, you will be notified in order to come and receive it from the Oxette store. If there is a repair cost, it will be paid at the store upon receiving the repaired product.
Repair through our Eshop:
In order to give a product for repair through our Eshop, you have to do the following:
1) Send the product via ELTA Courier with the recipient (Oxette) being charged for it. You will find the address in the end of this page.
2) The product will be sent to our repair center, and you will be informed about the repair cost and estimated repair time.
3) We will send the repaired product to your address via ELTA Courier. The shipping cost is 3,5€. Upon delivery, you will have to pay the shipping cost (3,5€) + the repair cost (if any). If you do not wish to send your product via ELTA Courier, you may choose another courier company and be charged with the shipping cost, while the shipping of the repaired product to you will be via ELTA Courier and free of charge.
In certain cases a repair of your product is not possible (for instance when a replacement part for your product is out of stock or if the metal cannot be repaired).
